DAY 1, Dec. 7, 2013: Please pray for Tim. Tonight he was in a very serious farm accident. We are now at Spectrum ER where he is being evaluated. We give thanks to God for sparing his life. We will keep you updated.
DAY 2, Dec. 8, 2013: Thank you for praying for Tim. Please continue. Just got an updated list of known injuries: scalp laceration, spleen laceration grade 2, left femur fracture, widening left SI joint, left rib fractures, lumbar 4-5 transverse process fractures (parts of the "bony" part of your spine) and left malleous (ankle) fracture. Surgery in a few hours. He was spreading manure in the field, got off the tractor... to check the spreader, slipped and was caught in the PTO. By God's grace, he fought, and was able to climb on the tractor and drive it to the middle of 120th, where he knew someone would find him. We are in awe of God's goodness. His grace is sufficient. We will keep you updated.
DAY 57, Feb. 1, 2014: Home. Long road of recovery ahead. In-home nurse MWF; In-home Physical Therapy T/TH; Occupational Therapy: M. Doc Appts. Thursdays. Giving All Glory to God!
